We produce fine, dark chocolates.
We use local and organic ingredients as much as possible.
A number of our chocolates are dairy free. We add no sugar to our ganache, so our truffles tastes like chocolate rather than sugar, but has a short shelf life. Our caramels are all soft and sensuous–we do not make any chewy caramels.
We sell online, wholesale, and through our retail shop in Sebastopol.
